Tuition, Living Allowance, and Scholarship Subsidies
A. One time subsidies for one-way flight ticket and VISA application fees will be provided by Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
B. During the period of study, tuition subsidies of up to NT$100,000/year are provided by Ministry of Education, Taiwan, limited to two years.
C. During the first year of study (excluding winter and summer vacations), each student is eligible to receive a living allowance of
NT$10,000/month and total 10 months/year.
D. During the second year of enterprise internship, students receive an internship allowance from the company (based on the contract).
E. In the first academic year, for each individual subject with a passing score or above in every course, a reward of NT$6,000/semester is granted.
F. Before the end of the first academic year, achieving TOCFL A2 level is rewarded with NT$1,000/once, and achieving B1 level is rewarded with
NT$1,500/once. Each student can choose one of the two options for application.
G. In the second academic year, if the internship scores for both semesters are above passing score, a reward of NT$6,000/year is provided.
Note:
a. If the average score for a single semester is below the passing score, no tuition subsidies and living allowance will be provided for the next semester.
b. If the Chinese proficiency test is not passed (A2 level) by the end of the first academic year, the second year will be self-funded.
c. Failure to meet internship standards will result in non-employment. Withdrawal from the program due to personal reasons will require the return
of living allowance and tuition subsidy.
d. Passing score: 60 for Post-baccalaureate Program and 70 for Master dual degree Program.
Student Career Counseling
This program provides students with academic and career counseling, career placement service and assists students to adapt new life in school and company internship.
Employment Transition after Graduation
A. Employment with a signed contract must have a duration not less than the time received for tuition subsidy.
B. Remuneration is based on the contract signed between the student and the employer.
