- Graduation requirement includes 27 credits (12 credits for elective courses, 6 credits for thesis, 9 credits for corporate internship). Yuan Ze University awards a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Smart Electronic Product Manufacturing.

B. Master Dual Degree Program — 2 years, with enrollment in an MS program at a sister university in the student’s home country
- Graduation requirement includes 38 credits (6 credits for required courses, 6 credits for thesis, 18 credits for corporate internship, and 8 credits for Chinese language courses). Yuan Ze University awards a Master of Engineering degree in Smart Electronic Product Manufacturing, and the partner foreign university awards a master’s degree in the original field of study.
